Return Policy

We want you to feel beautiful and love every purchase from our store. If, for whatever reason something does not work out, please don't hesitate to return it.

- All returns will receive store credit only as I do not offer refunds.

- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. I will use the date from USPS delivery.

-Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility

-All items must be returned to be in good condition, not worn, washed,and odor free.

- I, Marsha Vonarx, the owner of Naturally Beautiful Fashion, reserve the right to refuse if the above mentioned conditions are not met.

- All on sale items are final sales and will not be able to be returned.

-this goes for items purchased with discounts,promotion codes or store credit

Q: When can we shop in your boutique?

A: You are welcome to come and shop at anytime. Email, call, or text me to setup an appointment. I would love to have you over! 

Q: Do you do pop-up shops, events, and parties?

A: I can absolutely have special shop openings with you and your girlfriends! We can do bridal parties, book clubs or any group of women that would like to have a private pop-up shop. I am happy to work with you to arrange a fun day/evening of shopping! Additionally, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall we take our pop-up truck out to local events! 

Q: Do you do collaborations?

A: Yes! This business is my retirement dream, and if Naturally Beautiful Fashion can partner and support another small business we will absolutely do it, given that it is the right fit!
